Gil Birger, Managing Partner

Gil Birger, 46, is an entrepreneur and manager with extensive international business experience. He served as the Economic & Trade Officer for the Israeli Embassy in Washington, DC, where he was responsible for creating economic opportunities for U.S. companies in Israel and for Israeli companies in the U.S.

Mr. Birger led all business relations between the private sector in Israel and international financial institutions in Washington D.C. Thereafter, he established and served as a managing partner in RSLB (Rabin, Sheves, Lipkin-Shahak, Birger) Partners. RSLB was a boutique lobbying and business development firm based in Washington D.C.

Previously, Mr. Birger served as the CEO of Dinco & Rhenium Industries, a company that develops, manufactures and markets imaging solutions for molecular biology and medicine. During this period the company issued a private placement, was profitable within 1 year and sold over 1,000 systems throughout the world.

In his current position as the Managing Partner of Birger Holdings Inc., Mr. Birger lead mergers and promotes major deals in Europe and India. In addition, Mr. Birger has helped craft several winning political campaigns in Europe and Latin America.

Mr. Birger is a veteran of the Israeli Air Force Intelligence and he holds an MBA in finance and international business from the University of Hartford, Connecticut. He is also a graduate of the Technion, Israel, Faculty of Industrial Engineering.
